I wanted to chime in on what Steve's saying about paperbacks—there are SO many books I haven't bought because they were only available in ebook (including one from your great Get Your Book Selling series), because I don't absorb content best in that format. And I agree about the price sensitivity bit, too—I'm willing to pay way more for paperbacks!
